Placing your order
Simply click on
the order button to order. 
You will be asked for your delivery address and credit/debit card details. Confirmation of your order will be made by e-mail.
If you are shopping anywhere other than the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to the appropriate currency.
If you do not have a credit or debit card, orders can be made by
post. Please ensure you add the correct delivery charge.

Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce the VAT to zero.
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within a couple of days of receipt of order.
Delivery in the UK is FREE
Delivery to Europe is £3.00
for each item.
Delivery to the Rest of the World is £7.50 for first item, £4.00 for each additional item.
Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it, unused, in its original condition within 7 working days for a
refund or replacement, a charge of £1.50 will be deducted to cover postage and packing. Please retain proof of posting.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days.
Usage
Full usage and safety instructions will be included with your
ProtectaCast. You should read these instructions carefully before using the product and ensure that the instructions are adhered to. The decision to bath, shower, or to enter a swimming pool is taken at your own risk and you should seek medical advice to ensure that the activity will not affect your injury.
